Located in the heart of the West End, Verde boasts access to some of London’s premium residential and commercial areas.  The building was originally constructed in 1995, with existing building services still installed to this day.  The existing boilers have been replaced but higher efficient systems which further aid to the Grade A building performance.

Dewick & Associates have provided the Mechanical Services O&M manuals for the project,  detailing the new boilers, pumps and their ancillaries to ensure a fully operating system.  Our O&M manuals are compliant with all British Standards and the requirements of BREEAM.
