Naval Group are an international design and build partner for Australia’s Future Submarine Program with new tenancy fitout in Adelaide.  Dewick & Associated have provided Design and Construct (D&C) Mechanical Engineering services to modify the existing base building air conditioning and ventilation systems to accommodate the new architectural fitout layout.  Heat load and ventilation calculations, inline with As 1668.1, have been undertaken to ensure that the tenants are able to work within a comfortable environment and are provided with adequate outside air.  New supplementary air conditioning systems have been designed for enclosed spaces and areas where occupancy / equipment heat loads exceed that accommodated by the base building systems.

An Engineering Report and PDF marked up drawings have been provided for review by the client and drafting by others.

Dewick & Associates will also provided O&M manuals for the project to form part of the project hand over documentation.
