Located approximately 6km from Perth CBD, Exchange is a precinct at Curtin University, designed to amalgamate education, industry and community. Home to the School of Design and the Built Environment, the precinct houses the Curtin Central bus interchange, student accommodation, the Nescuto Curtin Hotel, residential apartments, and a grocer and specialty retail, in addition to public spaces and amenities.

Dewick and Associates completed Mechanical Services O&M Manuals for each of the separable portions delivered by MPM. Each manual included the scope of works, equipment schedules, place holders for authority certificates and commissioning results, in addition to maintenance log sheets for the care of assets post-handover.
