Fordingbridge Infant and Junior Schools Federation is located on the edge of New Forest in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, and caters for children in Reception to Year 6.   An existing Junior School toilet block has been refurbished, incorporating the introduction of a new ducted toilet exhaust system, a wall mounted radiator, a wall mounted electric water heater, hot and cold pipework and thermostatic mixing valves. 

The works, delivered by Apex Mechanical Services, were documented by Dewick & Associates into a Mechanical Services O&M Manual using the format specified by Mechanical Engineer, HCC Property Services. The manual incorporated system descriptions, equipment schedules and authority certificates, in addition to maintenance procedures and log sheets for the end user to monitor and maintain their new systems.
