Mechanical Commissioning Plan | Mapletree Adelaide
Mapletree acquired the Adelaide CBD Office Tower 11 Waymouth Street in 2017, comprising 31,000m² of office space over 20 floors. This premium, Grade A building was constructed in 2007, with both a green star-rating and a 5-star NABERS energy rating.
Mapletree has invested funds in the existing front entrances, lobby, courtyard and ground floor food and beverage areas redesigning them to encourage greater visitor and passer-by interest and aesthetics, in addition to improving the building’s functional outlook.
Focussing on the ground floor space, the existing food and beverage area was demolished and a new mezzanine constructed, with plans to locate a new larger, multi-user food and beverage area beneath the mezzanine and main foyer.
Dewick & Associates have provided a Commissioning Plan and O&M Manuals for the project. The Commissioning Plan outlines the project scope of works, defines the responsibilities of the Contractor / Commissioning Agent and details the commissioning process and activities, in addition to the schedules and documentation required to ensure an efficient and success full commissioning process.
