The Glen Shopping Centre, located in the suburb of Glen Waverley, south-west of Melbourne is being expanded to approximately 78,000m².
The newly refurbished Glen Shopping Centre is being delivered in five stages over a three year period providing a new town square with dining areas, a fresh food market hall and additional 240 retail outlets. The works are due to be completed in early 2020.
Dewick & Associates have worked closely with ProBuild to provide a comprehensive building handover manual with a specific focus on content to ensure correct maintenance and cleaning procedures for all aspects of the installation. Dewick & Associates also provided a maintenance matrix detailing each trade, warranty periods, MSDS & maintenance frequency requirements.
