Opening in late 2021, Hyatt Centric Melbourne is a 280-guest room hotel containing a restaurant inspired by Melbourne’s foodie scene. Centrally located on Downie Street and only minutes from the entertainment and sporting venues of the Docklands and Southbank precincts providing the perfect base for exploring the city, the hotel features a rooftop bar offering spectacular views across the city and Melbourne’s Yarra River.

Dewick & Associates provided a Commissioning Plan for this project, outlining the scope of works and defining the responsibilities of the commissioning agent, in addition to detailing the commissioning process, activities, schedules and documentation required to ensure an efficient and successful commissioning process.
