The Guides were comprised of key contacts and supplier details, a description of communal building facilities, maintenance guidelines and frequently asked questions, in addition to fixture and fittings schedules, manufacture literature / warranties and a detailed description of apartment installations. The information was presented in a logical and informative manner so each new owner could manage the ongoing care of their investment to obtain true value for money.
