The Montefoire Aged Care Randwick Campus provides nursing and staff services 24 hours a day, 365 days of a year to their residents who enjoy one of the 276 single rooms, internationally recognised five-star hotel standards, a cinema room, lounges and communal areas, landscaped gardens, a hydrotherapy pool and circular spa for massage therapy and relaxation.

The campus has been enhanced further through the provision of seventy nine premium Independent Living Units and common resident facilities.  Block E and F are nestled within the existing campus landscaped gardens with direct access from King Street.  Each multi story building incorporates common Function Room, Kitchen Cinema and Lounge facilities on the Ground Floor, with ILU located on the upper floors.  Each ILU comprises bedroom, ensuite, bathroom and kitchen and living areas.

Dewick & Associates have provided the O&M manuals for the project on the online platform WebFM.  The online manuals include details of each item of equipment within the building such as hot water heater / sewer pumps, manufacturers literature and relevant test sheets and records.
