Mechanical Engineering | Alexandrina Council – Goolwa Oval Sporting Complex, SA

In April 2020, Alexandrina Council secured $800k in funding from the State Government’s Grassroots Football, Cricket and Netball Facility Program to commence Stage 1 of its multi-stage Goolwa Oval Sporting Precinct project. The Council received an additional $5m of Federal Government funding in October 2020.

Once completed, the new complex will provide the local community with new netball and tennis courts and cricket training facilities, in addition to improved car parking, road and pedestrian links and communal space for barbeques and seating. The complex will also incorporate a new multi-purpose community sporting facility for outside hire.
