Alke Apartments is comprised of three buildings, each with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom Terrace Homes, Garden Loft Residences and Penthouse Residences, located within Oakleigh in Victoria. The development incorporates an urban café on the main Atherton Road entrance which blends into the local European Village and landscaped residents’ terrace to connect the east and west buildings.

The mechanical systems for the buildings comprised car park ventilation systems designed to AS 1668, general exhaust to fire / electrical / lift plant and refuse areas, ducted air conditioning to the residences and toilet exhaust systems.

Dewick & Associates provided the Mechanical O&M Manuals for the project, including the project scope of works, detailed system descriptions, maintenance requirements, fault finding procedures, technical data, manufacturers literature, and space for insertion of the Contractors Certificates, Commissioning Results and As Installed Drawings.
