ALT University District provides 155 hotel rooms, seven meeting rooms and two boardroom areas over the 15 story building with view of the Rocky Mountains to the west and Downtown to the southeast.

The O&M Manuals fully detailed the installation through thorough system descriptions; equipment schedules; preventative maintenance requirements and fault finding.
