Dating back to 1951, Chilliwack Law Courts provides Provincial and Supreme Court services to the local area. The existing building has aged over time and undergone significant renovations.  The existing mechanical systems have been replaced with new gas-fired condensing boilers, primary and secondary pumping systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs), heat pump condensing units and DX cooling coils.

Dewick & Associates have assisted the Mechanical Contractor with the handover documentation for the project, providing the system descriptions and maintenance sections of the O&M manual. The remainder of the manual has been provided by the Mechanical Services contractor

This method of partial outsourcing utilises the skills of in-house team members to collate documentation but enables the client to draw on Dewick & Associates expertise in technical writing, where we are skilled and efficient.
