Quay Quarter Tower is part of the new Quay Quarter development located on the Sydney waterfront providing retail, residential and commercial accommodation, and offering stunning views across the Sydney skyline.

The tenancy fitout of Levels 36 – L39 of the tower comprised the provision of water cooled VRV air conditioning systems, high temperature hot water / chilled water FCU’s, CRAC units, general exhaust systems and outside air systems with electric duct trim heating.

Dewick & Associates have provided full handover documentation on behalf of the Mechanical Contractor including O&M Manuals, detailed Asset Register, Commissioning Plan, and Training Manual to execution on site.
