The Myer Centre is a multi-level shopping centre in the heart of the Adelaide city centre situated along the Rundle Mall shopping precinct and North Terrace.

The North Terrace facade of the Myer Centre includes two heritage buildings , the Shell House and the Goldsbrough House. Above these and the Myer retail outlet is a six-storey office tower named Terrace Towers. The building has an eight-level atrium on the Rundle Mall side, with escalators providing access to the multiple retail tenancies within the centre.

Dewick & Associates provided Design and Construct (D&C) Engineering Services for the project with a specific focus on the Smoke Hazard Management of the area. D&A attended design meetings, provided design reports (for sign off by the Metropolitan Fire Service (MFS)), engineering calculations, construction drawings, specification, controls strategy and final Operation and Maintenance Manuals for the works.
