West Rolleston Primary School is located west of Christchurch, New Zealand. New air conditioning plant and equipment has been provided to the six learning hubs, administration and special education buildings. The Variable Refrigeration Volume air conditioning systems provided are comprised of multiple internal ceiling cassette units connected to external condensing units.

Dewick & Associates provided the Mechanical O&M Manuals for the project including full system descriptions, maintenance schedules and equipment details in line with the New Zealand Building Code.
