Dewick & Associates prepared the Mechanical Services O&M Manual for the works, comprised of LTHW, VRF Air Conditioning, Ventilation & Public Health Systems. The O&M Manual details the scope of works, technical data and maintenance requirements for ongoing care on the installation.
