In 2021, Dewick & Associates prepared a Project Management Plan for the Mechanical Services that Airmaster had completed at 95 North Quay, Brisbane, an office tower comprising a basement carpark, ground floor café, end of trip facilities, 17 office levels and a roof plant room. The works included demolishing existing AHUs then supplying and installing a new chiller (including pumps), new tanks and separators, a new ChW riser, new AHUs, new air conditioning units, electrical upgrades and a new Building Management System.

The Project Management Plan included a project overview and detailed roles and responsibilities, in addition to providing details of traffic management, OHS, risk management, environmental management and communication / consultation methods.
