Dewick & Associates provided Mechanical Operating & Maintenance Manuals for the ducted heat recovery VRV air conditioning systems supplied and installed for Phase 2 of the project, incorporating operating instructions, technical literature, warranties and commissioning results, in addition to maintenance procedures that should be followed to ensure the longevity of the installation.
