The Maryborough Centre, St. Fintan’s Hospital, provides a long stay psychiatric care for older people with dementia and other complex disorders.  The ward has been refurbished and the existing systems upgraded including power and general services, general and emergency lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, duress and intercom, and communication systems.

Dewick & Associates have provided the Electrical O&M manuals and As Fitted drawings for the project, detailing the installed systems and services.  The As Fitted Drawings specifically detail the location and reference numbers for all light fittings, access control points, communication outlets, and fire detectors.
