The Barunga Village Extension has been constructed by Chappell Builders.  The extension comprises a new two-storey building located on the existing site, housing thirty two new bedrooms and communal facilities.

Dewick & Associates have provided a Builders manual for the project, including technical writing, sourcing and collation of final certificates, warranties, maintenance records, manufactures literature and drawings for the builder trades such as structural steel, concreting, glazing and partitioning.
