Dewick & Associates have worked with Pike Construction to provide National Construction Code (NCC) Section J Compliance Modelling for the development and a Building Handover Manuals to enable the end user to operate and maintain the facility to extend life expectancy.

Undertaken as part of the Development Approval (DA) process, NCC Section J modelling assesses and provides recommendations on the building fabric composition and glazing requirements along with assessment of the proposed services for the project.  Our in-house Chartered Engineering team use their extensive knowledge of these types of buildings and energy efficiency assessment calculations to ensure that knowledgeable feedback is provided to ensure a cost effective by compliant solution is achieved.
