Tic Toc home loans was launched by CEO and Founder, Anthony Baum, in 2017. Tic Toc uses digital technology to simplify the lending process and offer straightforward, variable and fixed home loans with a fast approval process, 100% online. The service can be utilised by borrowers applying for standard, non-complex loans on existing properties in capital cities or major regional areas.

Whilst the chain does not maintain customer branches, they do manage administration hubs and in 2021, Dewick & Associates worked with electrical services contractor, Ausbia Electrical, to prepare an Electrical Services O&M Manual and As Built Drawings for the works completed on Tic Toc’s Adelaide office fit-out. The Manual details the systems installed, such as distribution board modifications, general power, earthing, RCD protection, general lighting, a lighting control system and exit and emergency lighting. The O&M Manual also includes details on the operation, maintenance and fault finding of the equipment/systems installed to enable management of the assets post-handover.
