Set on the old Barton Street site of Western Heights Secondary College, the Victorian Croation Aged Care Services’ Geelong facility is a 100-bed aged care complex with undercover entry, a 33-space car park, internal courtyards, dining areas, lounge rooms, staff rooms, and a kitchen and amenities, complemented by a café, hairdresser, cinema and library. Dedicated plant and equipment areas are provided at roof level. The complex is due to open in 2021.

Dewick & Associates completed the Fire Services O&M Manual for the associated works which involved the supply and installation of an automatic sprinkler system, a fire brigade booster assembly, portable fire extinguishers, fire blankets and associated piping systems. In addition to the scope, the manual collated technical data, as built drawings and maintenance log sheets for ongoing care and maintenance of assets.
