Capital City Motors have built two new showrooms within Lower Hutt, dedicated to the Ford and Mazda brands.  The new buildings comprise showrooms, offices, meeting rooms, reception, a customer lounge, staff room and amenities.  

Dewick & Associates worked with mechanical services contractor, NME Group, to document and summarise the services installed in Mechanical Services O&M Manuals. The manuals included as built drawings, essential project and emergency contacts and operating details, in addition to maintenance procedures and log sheets for the end user to ensure the longevity of their investment.
