Project Overview

The Infinite Care Knoxfield Residential Aged Care Facility is a landmark project in Victoria, setting a new standard for community-focused senior living. Developed through a collaboration between Infinite Aged Care and Australian Unity Healthcare Property Trust, the six-storey facility provides:

• 177 residential care beds

• State-of-the-art kitchen, dining, and recreation facilities

• An onsite cafe and dedicated club floor

• Scenic views of the Waterford Valley Golf Course and the Dandenong Ranges

This project demonstrates the growing importance of quality aged care facilities in Victoria, meeting the increasing demand for comfortable, accessible, and supportive environments for Australia’s elder community.

Dewick & Associates partnered with RYCOAIR Services to deliver critical Mechanical O&M Manuals tailored for this project. These manuals ensure that building services can be effectively managed and maintained from day one.

Services provided included:

• Technical authoring of Mechanical O&M Manuals covering safe operation, preventative maintenance, and compliance requirements

• Development of a Maintenance Matrix, providing an at-a-glance overview of trade requirements, statutory obligations, and warranty periods

• A dedicated Client Coordinator, liaising with RYCOAIR Services to ensure accurate and up-to-date technical data was included

• Provision of Preventative Maintenance Log Sheets and Fault Finding processes to support facility managers and contractors
